When we see something in daylight, our minds decide that it is a solid, real object. When we see it at night, it can be less clearly defined and open to more interpretation. The same is true with new ideas that come from our imagination. When they are first emerging as sort of a “sketch” of a thought, the form is not yet solidified so can easily be sculpted in many different directions. As you bring it forth into the “daylight” of expression, it becomes more solid and less flexible. Now is a good time to “daydream” some ideas into their early stages. No need to share them yet, just play with them in your imagination with no goals in mind…just explore the unlimited universe of your thoughts!
