This week we have drawn the Lizard Spirit card. Here is an opportunity to use an aspect of your greater self to help you be less “fearful” this week. There are so many things to be frightened of right now, especially if you watch the news or read the newspaper. The majority of those events WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO US, but when we see it happening to our fellow humans, we feel vulnerable.
Being in a state of even low level fear that you aren’t totally aware of can play havoc with your health and well being. This is difficult to control with your conscious mind, so ask for help on an inner-conscious level. Awaken the higher aspect of yourself to come into action.
It is important that when ever you do this kind of work, you start by saying that this is done for the highest and best good of all. This is especially important when dealing with fears….you want to awaken the highest and best of yourself. For me, that is my inner lizard friend. If that image doesn’t work for you, then pick your own “warrior against fear” symbol and make or find a picture of it.
Then have a good laugh! Really the best cure for fears anyway!
