This week we have drawn the card reminding us to be Grateful. The news has been all over the place the last few days, from royal weddings to massive tornado’s to the downing of a man responsible for much death. We are challenged to stay on our own course of positive thoughts. We are reminded that our own lives will improve if we take the time, amidst all the turmoil, to look around and find things/people we are grateful for. If you do that, you will feel a slight bump up in your own energy level. You can be thankful for the most simple things, like having a clear cool glass of water to drink…or big things like an awesome family member or friend. There is ALWAYS something to be grateful for. Enjoy practicing the state of gratitude this week and see how good it feels!
